Pre-Order Policy

All purchases of I Slept With Potiphar's Wife are currently pre-orders. By placing an order, you acknowledge that fulfillment will commence after the official launch date of February 22.

Refunds on Pre-Orders

Pre-orders may be cancelled and refunded only before shipping begins. Once your order has been processed and dispatched after February 22, refunds will no longer be issued, except in cases where the book arrives damaged or defective.

Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of books as printed products, returns are not accepted once an order has been delivered, except under the following circumstances:

• You received a damaged copy
• You received an incorrect item

To be eligible for a replacement or refund under these conditions, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, providing:

• Clear photographs of the item
• Your order reference number

Requests submitted after this period may not be honoured.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your book arrives damaged or defective, we will offer one of the following, at our discretion:

• A replacement copy (subject to availability)
• A full refund (including shipping costs, where applicable)

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Successfully delivered books that are not damaged
• Orders with incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
• Orders delayed due to courier issues beyond our control

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellations

Order cancellations are only permitted before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

No Returns on Books

Please note that all purchases of I Slept With Potiphar's Wife are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted once an order has been delivered. Refunds or replacements will only be considered in the event that the book arrives damaged or incorrect, and such issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
