1. Is the book currently available for immediate delivery?

No. I Slept With Potiphar's Wife is currently available on pre-order only. All orders will begin processing and shipping after the official launch date on February 22.

2. When will my order be shipped?

Pre-orders will be processed within 2-5 business days after February 22. Orders will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. How long will delivery take after shipping?

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Abuja: 1-3 business days
  • Outside Abuja: 3-7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier operations or location.

4. Do you ship outside Nigeria?

At this time, we only ship within Nigeria. International shipping options may be announced in the future.

5. How much is shipping?

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. The exact cost will be displayed before you complete payment.

6. Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes. Pre-orders may be cancelled and refunded only before shipping begins. Once your order has been dispatched after February 22, cancellations will no longer be accepted.

7. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No. Due to the nature of books as printed products, returns and exchanges are not accepted once the book has been delivered except in cases where the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

8. What should I do if my book arrives damaged or I receive the wrong item?

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the item and your order reference number. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

9. Will I receive tracking information for my order?

Where available, tracking details will be shared once your order has been dispatched. If tracking is unavailable, you may contact us for an update.

10. What happens if I enter the wrong delivery address?

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at checkout. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-dispatch.

11. I placed my order but haven't received a confirmation email. What should I do?

Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact our support team with your full name and payment reference.
